Terms & Conditions

Customers are responsible for proper fit and style when shoes are delivered through mail. We have two templates ( men & women) on our website wherein customers can print and determine their appropriate shoe size. After purchase, Global recommends that customers try their footwear on a carpeted or clean surface for a few hours before wearing them in their work environment. Soiled shoes cannot be returned unless they are determined to be defective.

 Returns / Exchanges

There are several reasons why our customers might need to return or exchange items. We at shoes2boots.com understand our customers and aim for total customer satisfaction.
 
If the problem is that shoes2boots(Global), shipped the wrong product or size, contact us and we will issue a RMA  for a carrier to pick up the item. You will either get a full refund and an apology, or if you need an exchange we will ship it to you at no cost. Full refunds and exchanges can take place only after we receive the original merchandise.
 
The same guidelines apply if the product has a manufacturer’s defect.
 
If you ordered the wrong product (or the wrong size) you will have to ship the product back at your own cost. Again, you can either request a full refund or an exchange once we receive the original merchandise.
 
 
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Items can only be returned within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
 
• Items must be in like-new condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been washed or soiled. Shoes should be wear-tested on soft, carpeted flooring.

• Items sold as a closeout or clearance cannot be returned. These special sales are final – no returns under any circumstances, unless we shipped you the incorrect item.
 

In the event a shoe is found of defective workmanship within 6 months of purchase we will send you a full refund or  100% store credit towards replacement. Prior authorization must be received before returning shoes for refund or credit. The customer will bear the cost of shipping it to us.
